Sets the textcolor black.

Description:	Dieser Platzhalter setzt die Schriftfarbe Schwarz. Abgeschlossen wird mit (!coloff). Farbbefehle werden z.Zt. nur bei den Formaten HTML, RTF, WinHelp, DRC und PostScript unterstützt.
