Bugfixes

• If the destination is pdfLaTeX, the TeX version isn't set to MikTeX any longer.
• Made changes for links and URLs for pdfLaTeX output.
• Made changes for images for pdfLaTeX output.
• The information of !docinfo ist submitted correct for pdfLaTeX output.

• Fixed bug #24 in version 6.2.1
  In the <link> elements are listed all subsubnodes of other subnodes
• Fixed bug #25 in version 6.2.1
  UDO chrashed, when umlauts are used in the filename or domain in the command (!url ...).
• Fixed bug #29 in version 6.2.1
  By using (!url ...) for RTF output, the opening quote and the following word were swallowed because of missing blanks.
• Fixed bug #30 in version 6.2.1
  Nonbreaking blanks are converted wrong, when used in a link and for RTF output (\\  instead of \ ).
• Fixed bug #39 in version 6.2.1
  Although !html_name_prefix was set, the prefix was missed in the <link> elements for navigation.
